The Hanuman Chalisa (Instrumental), along with the reggae version was released by Mystic Tree on 9th Apr 2019 and features Alex Samuel on a Danelectro ’59 electric guitar.
Ridiculously, this instrumental was hijacked by RP-SG. A few weeks after the release, RP-SG, the Indian conglomerate holding the Saregama music label filed a copyright infringement complaint against this track as well as the vocal reggae version. This resulted in the track being removed from the 150+ online stores it was available on. As at 12th June 2019, it has been over a month and despite several emails to RP-SG, we have still had zero response from them about the details of their allegation.
